A great way to add another sweaty workout to your week! Based on Joseph Pilates’s original Mat exercises, this class teaches you to leverage the power of the springs. Expect to build stamina, strength, and flexibility through this dynamic class.

Reformer Class

1-4 people. 45-minutes.

The perfect way to elevate your Pilates practice! In this class, you’ll begin to deepen your understanding of the method. You’ll learn to transition smoothly from exercise to exercise, creating a seamless, flowing workout.

 

Reformer/Tower Class

1-4 people. 45-minutes.

These 45-minute classes incorporate the Reformer, Mat, Tower, and small apparatus in a faster paced, flowing workout. Your stamina and strength will increase as you are gently pushed under the watchful eye of your instructor. As you take ownership of your Pilates practice, your body will feel strong and supported from your center.
